  4.   Left Right .... Select Menu Option.
  5.   ENTER ......... Execute Selected Menu Option.

  15.         Functions of DIR-DESC
  16.  
  17. File: Description - Append upto 55 characters to
  18.       the currently seleted file name.
  19.  
  20.       Copy - Make a copy of the currently Selected
  21.       file. Enter any valid Directory/file name.
  22.  
  23.       Move - Move the currently selected file to
  24.       a new directory (must be on the same drive)
  25.  
  26.       Rename - Give the currently selected file a
  27.       new name (valid dos file names only).
  28.  
  29.       ERASE - Delete the currently selected file
  30.       from the current directory.
  31.  
  32.       View - View file in both ASCII and HEX
  33.  
  34.       Shell - suspend execution of DIR-DESC and
  35.       Exit to dos type EXIT to return where you
  36.       left off.
  37.  
  38.       Exit - Quit and exit DIR-DESC.

  40. DIRECTORY:
  41.       Change - if the currently selected file name
  42.       is a Directory, when enter is pressed the
  43.       system will change into that Directory
  44.       automaticly and the new directory will be
  45.       displayed on the screen.    If the currently
  46.       selected File name is a File you will be
  47.       prompted to enter the directory you want to
  48.       display, at this point you may change the
  49.       current drive by entering a different drive
  50.       letter followed by a valid dos path.

  52.       Make - Make a new directory.
  53.  
  54.       Remove - if the currently selected file name
  55.       is a directory and only if the directory has
  56.       no files, it will be erased.

  58.       KILL - WARNING this feature can be dangerous
  59.       to use, it will DELETE all files and
  60.       sub-directories below the current directory.

  63. PRINT:DISKETTE JACKET - Print the outline of a disk
  64.       jacket which can be cut out, folded and taped
  65.       together. this make a handy disk-jacket.
  66.       including the file names on the diskette
  67.       (this is primarily for floppy directories)

  69.       File - Send the current file to the printer
  70.  
  71.       Descriptions - Print the current directory's
  72.       file names and descriptions.

  74.       Current DIR - Print the current directory
  75.       (Dos Format).

  77.       Convert - useful for converting Description
  78.       files into ASCII text file which can be
  79.       imported into most wp editors

  81. LOCATE:Filename - Will find the first file name
  82.        selected. wild cards are acepted.

  84.       Selected Text - Search for selected text
  85.       in the current directory's comments field.

  87. SORT: File Name - Sort current directory by the 8
  88.       8 character file name.

  90.       Extention - Sort current directory by the 3
  91.       character Extention just to the right of
  92.       of the file name.

  109. UTILITIES:
  110.       Format - prepare a new diskette for use,
  111.       valid drives are A: or B:.  You may also
  112.       specify a parameter: 1 = 360k, 2 = 1.2meg,
  113.       3 = 720k, 4 = 1.44meg. Ex. (A: 1) will
  114.       format a diskette in drive A: for 360k.

  116.       Volume label - Add or modify the Volume
  117.       label of the current drive.

  119.       DATE - Change/Set the date on the system.
